Merry Christmas!!

Hi!
Merry Christmas, everyone!! I know that I still owe you guys my last Christmas card update. I am sorry for selfishly taking some time off from crafting and without any notification.I thought I will quickly squeeze in my last card before Christmas is over.

I made a very simple card using Mama Elephant Cozy Christmas stamps and dies set. Some of you might have seen my treat bags using this stamps set on Facebook. Since I already have the stamps and dies set laid out on my table, I might as well use it for this card.

Here's how the card looks like:

I first prepped my card base by cutting a piece of 4 1/4" x 11" Neenah Solar White cardstock, scored and folded it in half. I then die cut the Christmas tree out from the card front and set it aside. I stamped Mr & Mrs Santa onto some Neenah White cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them in with Copics.

After that, I die cut them out using the matching dies from the Mama Elephant Cozy Christmas set. I also stamped the Christmas tree on the inside of the card. I aligned the tree so that it can be seen from the die cut window. I then colored the tree in with Copics and added some sequins for decoration. I stamped the greetings from the same stamps set in some Versafine Black Onyx ink underneath the tree.

I cut a strip of pattern paper and adhered it onto the card front. I then popped Mr & Mrs Santa on some foam squares and adhered them on to the front of die cut window. I rounded all the corners of my card using We Are Memory Keepers 1/2" Corner Chomper. Lastly, I added some Clear Wink of Stella to the whites of Mr Santa's clothes and some to Mrs Santa's hair and clothes for added bling.

That's all for the update today.
After today's post, I will be going back to the routine updates on every Wednesdays and Sundays.
Thanks for stopping by and till next update.
