Shake It

Hi!
I am participating in a challenge over at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Blog Challenge. This week's theme is Shake It and they are featuring Simon Says Stamp exclusive products. We are required to make a shaker card and we can use Simon Says Stamp products if we have them.

I made the shaker card using the Butterfly Drift die. Here's how it looks like:

Actually this is my second card. I sort of messed up the first one. I have wanted to put in sequins and glitters but I did not do a good job sealing the first card so the glitters slip through and made a mess on my table.

So this time I only put in the sequins and leave out the glitter. I wouldn't want to risk messing it up again. I'm planning to buy some sequins in the near future. Sequins are very popular nowadays and I have seen a lot of beautiful cards that uses them as embellishments or use them in shaker cards. I only have one packet of sequins which came together in one of my Simon Says Stamp Monthly Card Kit so I'm planning to buy some other colours and sizes too.

At last, I finished the card with a sentiment from Simon Says Stamp Happy Sentiments set. I have wanted to make another one but I ran out of time. I will post it up once I get around to make it.
